Pousada do João informs that the purchaser will have a period of 07 (seven) days from the approval of the purchase to cancel the contracted service without any withholding of amounts by the contractor, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection

Cancellation will not be appropriate in cases:

• Where the service has already been used by the contractor;

• When the deadline for using the services expires, without having exercised the right to use them;

In the case of a period exceeding seven days, amounts will be withheld, as described below:
For the purposes of the following clauses, the times in Brasilia will be considered, with the closing date of 23:59:59 (eleven hours fifty-nine minutes and fifty-nine seconds

• As of the 8th (eighth) day, 20% of the total amount of the contracted services will be withheld;

• To validate the cancellation of the contracted services, the request must be made solely and exclusively in writing and addressed to the e-mail joao.hermans@planne.com.br, clearly stating your request. Any notice or verbal cancellation made through phonetic contact channels (call center), through WhatsApp or any of the company's social networks is not valid

• The request must contain all the contractor's data, as well as specific information about the contracted services, and a crystal clear request regarding the intention to cancel that service, as well as the sending of all the requests necessary for the approval of the cancellation that the contractor's attendants request.

• After submitting the cancellation request, the company's attendant will evaluate it and return it to the applicant via electronic contact (e-mail), within 7 (seven) business days.

• The refund/chargeback will be made within 15 (fifteen) business days from the approval of the cancellation request.

• Even though, after contracting the provision and services considered principal, in the event of a new contract, each one will respect, as an initial milestone, the date of the closing of the contract, and cannot be used for the purpose of these novation clauses.

For cancellations it is necessary to send an e-mail to joao.hermans@planne.com.br stating the purchase number and the reason for the cancellation. The request must be sent by the same email address where the purchase was made. The amounts will only be refunded to the purchaser

- Service: Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Schedules may change without notice. Consult updated information on other channels such as Pousada do João's social networks}
Season — The months of November and December are considered high season.

The restaurant may charge service fees (10%), but it's optional;
Not included: Transportation;
Present your Voucher only at the time of payment at the counter, printed or on mobile devices;
After the purchase, your Voucher is available in your user area;
The buyer's original identification document must be presented with the voucher.
The restaurant is not responsible for personal belongings left on site.
